fixed images in posts && renamed file in feb-challenges ti index.md #7

Changed filename in February challenges to index.md changed frontmatter syntax to hugo style syntax Cpp-Image.png renamed to cpp-image.png, wasn't required but initially wasn't sure if somehow it was causing the image to not display
