Some dots seems to flicker in the background while others have a proper motion coherent with the direction

Describe what outcome you expected

to not perceive these flickering dots

Describe what you got instead

Perception of flickering dots in the background, the suggestion is to check if some dots have a shorter life than others and/or do not move at all

this has been solved by cpp-lln-lab/CPP_PTB#162
