Consider to do:

[x] set up cpp_spm to dev automatically by a flag
[ ] add other code/lib submodules automatically

@marcobarilari I think this should be mostly good to go.

It does assume empty GIN repos to work well, so if you want to try it you might have to delete the ones in the cpp brewery on GIN

Won't tackle "add other code/lib submodules automatically" because it will start to involve some annoying parsing of URL that don't want to do in bash at the moment.

Future us will deal with this. #FLW
