I tried the simple way of renaming things in .gitmodules but I had some problems so I nuked CPP_SPM and add bidspm.
I also deleted a submodule in input/raw that was not listed in .gitignore but was detected by gitkraken. I actually usually have problems when I add the raw submod and you @Remi-Gau also had this one if I remember well. Finger crossed now it is probably solved.
