Complete docs #404

The current documentation is awful: https://cppalliance.org/mrdox/mrdox/develop/index.html

It only contains placeholders and is completely incompatible with the state of mrdox and what is already able to achieve.

This looks particularly bad for mrdox, which is about generating nice documentation.

Exposition is exposition though it has nothing to do with the tool's output
