Feature Request: Ability Database #69

Well, this one is a long term goal, but the idea is to read buddy and enemy abilities from people's battles and build a database with it. It would be useful to know the exact effect of abilities (duration, %, multiplier etc).

Buddy abilities especially need "crowd sourcing" because not everyone has every ability (looking at you, soul breaks)
