Documentation inconsistency #51

Is different from output shown in documentation: https://qualitative-coding.readthedocs.io/en/latest/manuscript.html#exploring-an-existing-project

Subsequent output (such as from qc codes stats --recursive-codes --recursive-counts --min 10) is also different, likely because there's a file missing

Thanks! I have been working over the last couple of days to generate the correct demo project--was hoping I'd get to it before you got back to the review :/ I'll have the update in place shortly, synchronized with the documentation.
