Pixi enviroment with CI #55

Ok, I'm done pushing changes here. I dropped checking formatting with this job as that is tested with the other CI job. That should prevent us from spending too much CI minutes on this. Note that because it caches the environment the pixi run takes less time than a normal ci run which is kind of cool.

I said I'd come back tomorrow to work on this but the snow had other plans for me. The road to the ski resort was closed so I'm back home now and rebased this on your latest changes on main.
