As you can see in the build recipe, building requires the plotly_book repo.
Since ISU has strict formatting requirements like both arabic and roman numerals, I've done my best to provide a custom template (based on rmarkdown's 1.17.0.2 latex template and ISU's thesis template). Most everything seems to be working, but messing with the titlepage generation was causing weird errors, so I've decided to leave the default titlepage logic as is, and manually insert the properly formatted title page before submitting
