Change default user agent. #169

I am unable to send patch so I will describe fix.
We should set useragent to "webfs(plan9front)" or something similar, and stop 
using "hjdicks". Sites will be then able to recognize 9front.
Default useragent could be set the end of /sys/src/cmd/webfs/fs.c
