current system defaults are strange...

change defaults to
 * screensize=1024x768x16
 * monitor=vesa
 * dmaon=1

updated termrc to better defaults. made a rc function ask that
also allows breaking to rc if the answer given is !rc

new iso torrent is out...

keyboard layout is a good call... have to figure out how todo that
but it should be set as early as possible... best would be to put
it in termrc.

I'm not clear what this bug is about, but I'm categorically against any prompts 
for keyboard layout anywhere ever.

People that can't handle the one-true-layout should set their own layouts in 
their own terminals.

And I never understood why the hell the kernel needs to know anything about 
keyboard layouts, keyboard layouts should be done via a stacked fs that 
translates keycodes. That way you can have different layouts in different 
nested rios and the like.
