Move smartcoin.db to new location? Test needed! #23

smartcoin.db is under revision control. 
I need to make sure that updating the master schema won't mess with users' own 
locally modified database won't be messed up by this!

the database is now in ~/.smartcoin
It is copied there at install time, and the original svn checkout version is 
not modified.
