OMV3 Compatibility #4

Is this script compatible with OMV3?

Yes and no, The section under testing was done under omv3 on a VM, this worked. I upgraded my main system to omv3 and tried it and it errored. I think i may be missing a package on my main machine that i have on my VM??

If you can compile it then the package will work on omv3, i know this as i used the VM to build the package then installed it on my main machine and its working fine.

running 3.0.74 on kernel 4.9.0-0.bpo.2-amd64, i'm simply unable to install most of the testing/stable prereqs.

Some have replacements (libgnutls-dev and libjpeg8-dev) but the rest seem to just be missing for these specific versions.
