Overview of user scans

Current implementation of user scan overview is a quick hack only. What is needed:

• do not break language subdirectory by the link (i.e. fr/, it/, ...)
• show additional information (scan time, distribution name, status)
• overview should also be shown in backend so that administrators can easily look there for all scans linked to a certain user
• currently, only scans of .de or .com user are shown. This should be improved that transverse scan results are also shown
• possibility to provide designations for scans
