Config export/import #3

There should be a way to export and import configs, both to backup your own settings and distribute them to other people

Support for this is in branch https://github.com/cpumaxx/sovits-ff-plugin/tree/api_v2_introspection Could be forward-ported into the main branch fairly easily if upstream merging of api_v2 changes take too long
