Summary

A communication channel needs to be established from the VP to the cRio. Ideally this should be done over ethernet

Acceptance criteria

This task will be considered complete when when the VP can cause the robot turret to rotate without human control

just wanted to add a link as I evaluate. Sockets with VxWorks. I don't yet understand if this will work on the crio...
