Add check for correct project settings regarding internet access #6

Either with an Editor script, which alerts the user in a similar fashion to when an interaction profile is missing in the XR settings with an automatic fix option or by disabling the screenshot button if the permission is not available in the built AndroidManifest.xml.

Added check in the latest package version on the branch XRITK-2.5.2. The check covers only the 'require internet' setting in 'Project Settings > Player'. The setting 'Force Remove Internet' in the 'Meta Quest Support' settings can currently not be checked.
