Use ore dictionary for wooden planks #15

Fixes chest upgrade recipes with custom wooden planks (using new wood types added by e.g. ExtraBiomesXL).

Note that Forge registers the "plankWood" ore, so this still works with vanilla wood, even without ExtraBiomesXL or other mods installed.
