Allow "short chests" mode for huge GUI scales #8

This change allows silver, gold, and diamond (and crystal) chests to have slightly different dimensions that display better at huge GUI scales, such as Auto scale in full-screen mode. Silver chests continue to have the same capacity, while gold chests increase from 81 to 84 slots, and diamond (and crystal) chests decrease from 108 to 104 slots. Setting the shortChests configuration value to true enables this change.

This is my first foray into Minecraft modding. Patience and feedback appreciated. If you choose to use this change, no credit is necessary.

Not going to accept. I know you need a slight GUI scale change to display the big boys.. but you don't even know how many items are in each chest...
