Are CRAM files supported #12

I recently started working with Exoms and I have lot of samples to save space I saved them as CRAM. I want to use fings to filter my somatic variants so would be glad to know if CRAMs are supported.

CRAM format isn't currently supported, but it should be simple to convert your files to BAM format.
