Empty plots in plots.pdf #5

Hello, some plots is empty in plots.pdf. Threshold line exists but no barplot.
Description of "enddistance" may be wrong?

Maximum median shortest distance to either aligned end in tumor

I think should be "Minimum median shortest distance to either aligned end in tumor".
