Virtual camera support #155

As a User I want to be able to turn on my virtual camera with a tap on my midi keyboard. In the action list, the virtual camera should be an option to start and stop. (or make a new start stop group with those in the drop down)

Check the OBS api and see if there is support for this and if so drop a link
