Add DischargeDispositionV2 CodeSystem in the tooling #485

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, we need to add a CodeSystem in the tooling for the Vituity project and for future work.

Describe the solution you'd like CodeSystem mapping in the tooling: Name: DischargeDispositionV2 OID: 2.16.840.1.113883.18.438 URI: http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/v2-0112

Would it be possible to have more information about this ticket?

I would need the proper xlsx file to run which contain a CONFIG tab. The one that is attached is different than the usual format.

Also would it be a usual tooling run with cql and json file generation ? If yes could you share the command that you used ?
