Description
This PR updates the -RefreshIG operation. The original operation is still available to support legacy projects. Still needs work to support test cases and updated publish operation (CRMI). Those will be resolved in a subsequent PR.
Updated namespace support
Tested locally with NHSN IG (Lantana)
Updated packaging
Added an operation that publishes bundles to a FHIR server (Lantana)
