Recommendation #12 Description is incorrect #26

As reported by Greg White, the description for Recommendation #12 is incorrect. It is currently re-using the description from Recommendation #6.

Per the CDC guidelines the description should be: "Clinicians should offer or arrange evidence-based treatment (usually medication-assisted treatment with buprenorphine or methadone in combination with behavioral therapies) for patients with opioid use disorder (recommendation category: A, evidence type: 2)."
