Recommendation 8 has a decision point that uses MME calculation. However the result of the calculation may not be relevant in the returned guidance. If it is relevant, then a disclaimer should be provided.
The purpose of this task is to determine the LOE to enable a disclaimer when the MME calculation is relevant to the corresponding guidance. This could include a change to the PlanDefinition by adding a dynamicValue(s) that populates a relatedArtifact in the RequestGroup and/or changes to the CQL. Ideally, the LOE shouldn't exceed 1 story point.
