Please clarify what to do with the mixed PlanDefinition for recommendations 4&5 --> there only is one PlanDefinition for both recommendations, and the recommendations have different evidence types and recommendation strengths (i.e. rec#4 is A3 and rec#5 is B4). The PlanDefinition currently reflects rec#4 correctly (i.e. a weak recommendation category and a low evidence type). According to the IG documentation of rec#4 and rec#5, the provided PlanDefinition is for rec#5. If that is correct, should the evidence type of that PlanDefinition reflect rec#5 rather than rec#4?

Great work @alackerbauer! For the combined PlanDefinition, add another RelatedArtifact element to the "documentation" array to capture the recommendation 5 evidence type and recommendation strength. Then add labels to each RelatedArtifact to distinguish between the two recommendations. Does that make sense?
