267 profiles path to ig tables

• added a profile element to each data element entry including links based on what is used in the CQL (when the profile is not clear from IG data and CQL, in this order: CDC Profiles > US Core Profiles > FHIR Spec)
• added paths for every element that has been used to evaluating the expression: added the link to the detailed description of the element. this works fine in the FHIR Spec and in US Core. For the CDC Profiles, one has to separately open the snapshot tab to be directed directly to the correct element
• the links to the CDC profile element are relative paths to the Structure definition within the IG

all tests passed.

Things I have noticed:

• Recommendation 8: sleep disorder so far only consists of a comment in the CQL: https://github.com/cqframework/opioid-cds-r4/blob/master/input/pagecontent/cql/OpioidCDSREC08.cql#L84
• Recommendation 10: many definitions are not yet specified separately in the CQL, e.g. Alcohol lab test)

This is looking good! There are some issues with the QA however as this has introduced 100+ broken links. I have updated rec1 an rec2, which includes removing the definition links and using canonical URLs for dependency IG references. Please apply that pattern to the other pages.

sounds good, i applied the pattern to the other data elements now. for future - how can I see the QA report locally?
