PHQ9Logic.cql returns QuestionnaireResponse.item returned and results in the Library-PHQ9Logic.json with this statement as a generated parameter that does not have any type. Does this require a fix in the tooling or the underlying CQL? ParameterDefinition.type: minimum required = 1, but only found 0 (from http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/ParameterDefinition%7C4.0.1)
Measure-QuestionnaireMeasure.json has errors and warnings, Rule cmp-1: Population basis must be specified at the root, or on each group' Failed and Rule cqm-4: 'Group population criteria SHOULD be simple expression names found within the primary library for the measure. The criteria SHOULD NOT include a namespace.' Failed --> I'd need to know more about what exactly we'd like to show with this example with many extensions before making any changes on the Measure
the following error messages occur on multiple IGs that I build locally (latest publisher version v1.3.25) - it also happens at the fhir/sample-ig: URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/tools/StructureDefinition/ig-parameter' does not resolve, URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/tools/StructureDefinition/ig-internal-dependency' does not resolve, and URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/tools/StructureDefinition/ig-page-name' does not resolve
