Missing fields in human readable #39

Based on the most recent export from MADiE using v0.3.0 of the liquid template, the following fields are missing:

Author measure scoring measure type clinical recommendation statement rationale endorser citation improvement notation

Update as of MADiE 1.2.0 release on 11/15 which include v0.3.0 of liquid - the following fields are still missing:

measure scoring measure type citation improvement notation

Update as of MADiE 1.2.3 release on 1/17 which include v0.3.0 of liquid - the following fields are still missing:

measure scoring - there is a data entry field in MADiE and it does show in the human readable. measure type - there is a data entry field in MADiE BUT it does NOT show in the human readable. citation - no data entry field in MADiE and does not show in human readable. improvement notation - no data entry field in MADiE but there IS a field in the human readable.

Discussion with Evan - all four fields noted above are in the liquid template. If measure type is not showing in the human readable output from MADiE it may be because that element is named 'type' and not 'measure type' in the template.

As of 0.4.3 liquid template which was released on 6/20/24 into MADiE: measure scoring - showing in HR output measure type - showing in HR output citation - no data entry field in MADiE and does not show in human readable - MADiE team is working on this on their side. improvement notation - showing in HR output
