Rate aggregation can display as a long text block that is condensed to a single table column, making it difficult to read.

This request is to

merge the two unused columns to the right of the current Rate Aggregation cell for readability
left justify the text within it

Issue addressed in version 0.4.1 and verified via MADiE exports. OK to close tracker.
