Check liquid template to see if a 'max width' setting needs to be set #74

Users stating "The HTML is too wide. Too much scrolling. It makes the wrapping text seem not as helpful."

This is unfortunately another styling setting set at the HL7 level within the template. I tested a few different approaches, but nothing worked. Currently we have no control over the width using these files.
