[KALMX-91] - Connection Manager Presentation Layer Updates

• Show a local folder in connections list that connects automatically when no remote configurations are connected
• Clear list / delete to check and clear currentConnection as necessary
• Remove the endpoint default in webform panels
• On deleting a connection, unset currentConnection
• Update on did state visibility to refresh connections list when user changes activity bar tabs
• Close active forms when delete or clear connection buttons are hit
• Fix panel edit form initialization when visibility state changes
