Keyboard shortcut to show/hide the outline sidebar #26

Is it possible to add a keyboard shortcut to show/hide the outline sidebar similar to F10 and F11 work for left sidebar and note list?

This will be useful on smaller screens, especially when in the dual-pane editing mode.
