OUTLINE display only a part of header written in note #30

image I am writing a long note with a lot headers, in my case, after 2.3.2 I cannot see any new headers in outline meanwhile they are written in my note. Is there a way to fix it? Thanks

still don't know the result which caused this situation, but when I tried to copy paste to check part by part(no modification for headers), it works in the end
