Feature Request: Remember/Preserve Sidebar Width #45

It would be great if the outline plugin could remember the width between opening and closing. When the outline sidebar is closed and opened again by the toolbar button it takes up half the screen and needs to be adjusted again.

Want fixed outline width.

After toggle note list open, then toggle it off.

The width changed.

I also experience that when I have the outline below the notes list, it does not remember the height setting. It always goes back to half height.

Not trying to be critical, but this seems more like a bug fix than an enhancement.
