Do not show zebra where "crossing=no" #84

Hope this is the right place! The map shows a zebra crossing here https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/271243200 - there is no highway=crossing there, no crossing=[traffic_signals|zebra|marked] either, merely a crossing=no: two cycleways join the street there, but one must no cross the street there. http://tile.openstreetmap.fr/?zoom=20&lat=47.27327&lon=11.41271&layers=B00000000

Update: Same for "crossing=unmarked", no zebra should be shown as well. (Using this fr-map-style just now, to browse my home-town for missing or superficial crosswalks.)

It looks as though the change never made it to the production server at https://tile.openstreetmap.fr/ - crossing=no there still shows zebra stripes.
