Unicode support #11

In most places we either don't allow Unicode, or do but never tested it.

Most importantly we need to support Unicode for URLs and domain names, and that means not just making the encodings work but also support the specific encodings for unicode domains.

Work in progress. Currently forcing Unicode strings to be encoded in UTF-8 in most places.

The remaining tasks are:

Implement Unicode support in domain names. This means implementing the RFC.
Implement Unicode urlencoding in our URL parser. The tricky part is avoiding conflicts with the domain name parsing.
Make a final inspection of all classes to make sure all strings are either being converted to UTF-8 or discarded if not pure ASCII.
