New HTML report plugin #205

With this we can ship a new beta version. :)

This task depends on the JSON report being rewritten and the new HTML template being finished. The HTML report plugin would be a thin layer that runs the JSON plugin and applies the HTML template to produce its output. @rrequero and I have to agree on a JSON format for this.

Since we have a working JSON report plugin we can start with the HTML report, and if we find any bugs along the way or things that need changing, we'll fix them.
