Audit scope as a Data object #268

That way plugins can be triggered by the creation of an audit and run only once. Example: OpenVAS plugin could benefit from this by launching a scan against the targets of the audit, instead of launching a new scan for each new IP address.

OTOH, plugins doing this would never get any feedback. Closing this ticket until this idea can be improved.
