A kind of plugin to send notifications, for example using the Telegram API we could let the user know when the audit starts and ends.
Right now this can be done from the UI plugins, but since only one of them may be loaded, it's not extensible. A new kind of plugin may be needed.
The changes in code would be pretty much trivial, but it requires some designing, and coordinating with the web editor, etc.
