bugsplat every reload or login: aceconfig duplicate file load #74

Very good chance this is a me issue? thios weasnt happening when I first installed the addon but after disabling everything and only turning on the handful of options I want to use I now get a error every time I log in or reloadUI

everything is fully functional and it causes zero issues, everything works fine, but would be nice to know why this is happening and how to fix it

Comment out lines 14 & 16 in ElvUI_ChatTweaks.toc, as they are being loaded elsewhere, hence the errors
