Error on Start up #2

Hi, just installed this addon and it didnt work, usure if its me of the addon, this is the message that came up

I have also noticed that with the addon installed, it breaks the datatexts under my left chat

I get an lua error with it starting up too. 4x ElvUI_Companions/Options.lua:1 Error loading ElvUI_Companions/Options.lua is what shows up in the Bug sack addon
