[suggestion] Custom Text Display #3

Is there a way to add a feature to change the text that is displayed? For example, it lists "Blacksmithing: 100/100" which takes up a lot of screen space, when I don't really care about the skill level anymore. What I'm after, is a quick way to open the profession window.

If I could just display "Professions" for example, that would be ideal. Left click to open primary, right click to open secondary.

I think that's totally reasonable. I'll see about getting it added when I get some time.
