第一次做橘子鸡蛋布丁 First Time Making Orange Egg Pudding #2

　　今晚索性就心血来潮到底吧。一直很想做点心，但是做点心用的工具都挺贵的，而奥胡斯还没有给我funding。为了满足食欲，想了想鸡蛋布丁是个不错的选择，看到网上有个方子是橘子布丁，刚好上次除夕夜剩了好多橘子，便跃跃欲试。
　　第一步是制作焦糖：用白砂糖和水倒入锅中加热熬制黄褐色。最后我做的焦糖居然有点苦，不知道是熬了太久了还是忘记搅拌了。我觉得从这步开始我就已经搞砸了。

　　第二步是将鸡蛋打到碗里搅匀，加入牛奶混合。本来以为一个鸡蛋两勺牛奶很少的，结果没想到装满了整整两只橙子🤣

　　第三步是切去橙子的“盖子”，将里面的橙子肉挖出，这一步还挺费事的，毕竟本来橙子就是切着吃比挖着吃容易🤣
　　最后一步就是把焦糖、蛋液＋牛奶倒入橙子中，放在蒸笼上隔水加热。结果这一步又翻车了，由于橙子太满，洒了不少在蒸笼里，最后本来不多的布丁更是所剩无几。

　　所以总结出来的经验教训就是好好地吃橙子，好好地做布丁，不要把它们凑在一起，却因为各种洒出来而“赔了夫人又折兵”。

@RLi43 When I found someone replying my last issue, I was wondering who this "guy" is and would like to be acquainted with "him". But after reading this comment, I know I'm wrong 🙂. (Well, I'm pleased to see Microsoft has a similar emoji to WeChat)

@crab-baby Emoji isn't defined by MS. Instead, it's a Unicode standard. You'll see how it appears on iOS when you switch to your phone haha!

@crab-baby I wonder how to comment your comment. I think the emoji on MS and WeChat is different. I wonder how to upload pictures at this comment, otherwise I want to show you that the difference among different OS is very funny. ( Oh, I can send you in WeChat.) actually your message on WeChat confused me a lot ; I thought you will recognize me as you can recognize me in WeChat 's friends circle ( I wonder how to translate it 😂 ).

@RLi43 Well, I don't know what does your last sentence mean and I already found that the same emoji I input can be rather different on my laptop and iPhone. p.s. I have already built my own blog with Hexo and I will make it to public tomorrow.
