Abandoned - please transfer ownership #692

If your intent is to abandon this project (which it appears that you have), the responsible thing to do is put out a call for someone to take over as the maintainer/owner, and transfer everything to them (git, website, and npm).

Please act swiftly, as it appears this is a heavily used project and others are still interested in contributing fixes and features.

or someone could fork it and leave a comment here to the fork + re-host on npm and all the rest
