get pre-build dependencies using package managers respective to the working linux distro #8

I see that the dependencies are only covered for the Linux distribution, namely Arch Linux. I thought it would be convenient to have a script to manage the dependencies pre-build and use the package manager of the respective Linux distro used by the user.

this is out of date and i'm not sure if this should be on stable or experimental. closing for now.
