BuildPositionalIndex class misspelled #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The class for building positional vectors in version 1.8 is spelled as
BuildIPositionalndex (The first letter of Index has migrated to immediately
after Build)

instead of the documented spelling. Thanks for your great package!

You're quite right, this is a defect that slipped into release 1.8 and was 
fixed in
release 1.10. 

I have tagged this as a "won't fix" bug because code.google.com doesn't allow
modification of download files once they're uploaded - they have to stay 
uniquely
named and static. This is bad for embarrassing cases like this where we'd like 
to
change basic errors, but in general it's good because it keeps an indelible 
trail
(which is why it was still easy to verify that your bug listing was correct!)

them.
