Chat users with no name in VODs (temporarily)

Hello.

Sometimes, not as usual, I found in some VODs that there is a user in chat that Xtra doesn't show his name, only the channel icons and message (also there aren't the two dots ":"). Instead of "🫓 username: message", it shows "🫓 message". Not only one message, all the messages from this user.

This messages in the official Twitch App doesn't appear at all, like if never were written.

However, doing some research i tried to see the VODs again days later, and now in Xtra the username appears in all the messages, and all the messages appears in the Twitch App (and Twitch web) from that user.

I don't know if the user was banned in the channel, i saw most of the VOD and i didn't see that anyone was blocked for anything. Maybe it was banned on all twitch, i don't know... but it's strange.

Because i only had a VOD that now looks fine, i can't know how to help to figure out what's happening, but maybe is some clue talking about it.

Ok, but then it should be showing those messages in a different way? Maybe:

• Not showing the messages meanwhile the user is banned, or
• Showing the username, or if it's not possible, showing a generic user ban name (<user banned> or something like that), and
• Making the message different to others (cursive?), or
• Hiding the message, but show a link to show the message if clicked.
