Option to display full screen over cutout #392

Hi! I recently changed phone and my new phone has a cutout / notch. From what I understand each app need to specify a param to draw over it instead of having a black bar at the left. Possible ref: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/57393396/how-to-have-full-screen-despite-the-notch Thanks

Settings -> Ignore display cutouts -> Always
